Happiness

These colours and images cause a feeling of happiness. I feel happy.  What is 'happiness'?  A feeling? A state of being? A reflex like the smile like that that passes over the face of a tiny newly born baby?  A thought that one has met goals, or impacted someone in a way that they feel happy?  A knowing that one is is in tune with people, with life? Quién sabe?
